Petco does accept unwanted fish. If you have a healthy freshwater fish you can no longer care for, you can bring it to your local Petco for donation. It is wise to call ahead to check if that location is able to accept a fish donation at that time, as they may have limited space available for donated fish. Before you choose to adopt a fish or group of fish, make sure you know everything involved so you are fully prepared to care for your pets. Petco guarantees returns of freshwater aquatic life inside a designated time frame. For 30 days, you can receive a full refund for freshwater fish purchased in our Pet Care Centers. All fish should have a properly established habitat; a receipt is required, and we recommend providing a water sample with your return. By testing your water, we can help check if your tank is ready for another fish, or if it may need some work to prepare it for a new fish.

Best grooming salon!

I've been using this grooming salon for years and the girls here are the best! They work in a very small and stressful environment and still stay positive and are airways happy to see my pups! Well educated about pet care and I trust them to do what is best for my babies!

Crate & Mat

Crate is difficult to open and not sturdy. Would not purchase again or recommend. The separate mat was $89 and loud. I assume it’s waterproof but put a pillowcase on for every time our pup moved it was noisy. Sorry , not a good crate or mat for our sweet mini golden doodle. Store employees were great !

My 8lb shihpoo came in for a hair cut and she came out with a 3 in cut vertically on her neck and a visit to the animal emergency room! Take notice!

Trevor is incredible!

My employer's daughter left her fish behind when she went to college, so he is now at our office. We were worried Bert was lonely, so I ran to Petco to get him some friends. Trevor was incredible - so knowledgeable and respectful of Bert's needs, asking tank size, water quality, etc. Under his guidance, I purchased 3 more fish - Dolly, vibrant pink glofish tetra and Cheech & Chong, little bitty neon tetras. Trevor also recommended a live plant and so water cleaner. Thanks to him, our new fish family is getting along swimmingly!
