I want to shout out Steffanie and Dr. Cole for taking good care of my fur baby. The customer service was top tier and I think I have found my new Vet. From the front desk person to the staff in the back EVERYONE was wonderful! Thank you

I recently took my 10-week-old puppy to the local Petco after seeing their ad for a free first-time veterinary visit. Unfortunately, the experience felt like a classic “bait and switch”—it was not free at all! I ended up being charged $190, which came as a complete surprise. My husband had warned me to be cautious, but as someone who is naturally shy, I found it difficult to push back or question the charges. Now, I’m not only frustrated with the misleading advertising, but I’m also dealing with my husband’s growing dissatisfaction with my ongoing shyness, which he feels continues to cause unnecessary issues. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and embarrassed.

Competent, knowledgeable vet; no wait time; friendly staff. Did recommend additional services but not pushy at all when I declined them pending my puppy's next set of vaccinations.

The doctor wasn't sure what issue my dog was having on her skin and frankly said "I'm not worried about it." Well I was so he casually prescribed an ointment. The ointment was for "two weeks" but only lasted 6 days!!! When I called for more, I was told they couldn't send my script to the petco near my house! I had drove 30 mins to this location because it had an open appt. Now I have to drive another whole hour for more of my script that they couldn't distribute accurately. The lady tells me their hours when I can pickup, NEVER mentions they close for lunch! On my lunch break I drive 30 minutes only to be greeted with an "out to lunch" sign and now I have to sit for 20 mins until they return. WTH If this second week of cream clears up my dogs skin, I suppose I'll be satisfied despite the experience. If it doesn't, this place isn't worth $5. I'll post an update soon.

I had Dr.Cole look at my cat. He addressed the issues quickly, throughly, and thoughtfully. The entire team here is so helpful and informative. Will be back!!

Went to Vetco Total Care in Gilbert, AZ and had an amazing experience. Staff were all super helpful and knowledgeable, especially Dr. Cole. Prices were amazing. They were quick and efficient and very kind to my fur babies.

I took my dog here last night to get a Parvo vaccination shot and the girl who does the intake for them, told the vet (or maybe even notated it wrong) to give him a 3-year Rabies shot. I called to get the situation rectified and the Vet offered to give him the Parvo vaccine, however, since it was close to the closing time, she said that she won’t stay any longer to get it done tonight but maybe I’d have better luck at a different location. I told her that I could get there in about 10-15 minutes so that my dog can get the shot he needs and then she made sure to let me know that this is just her side gig and that she doesn’t want to wait for me to get there (keep in mind the store would’ve closed in the next 20 minutes and therefore they had time to fix THEIR mistake). The only remedy for their error was to get the Parvo shot for free two weeks later than today, which is meaningless and unprofessional behavior. I later encountered the girl who did the initial intake wrong at the Chandler location and she never apologized for her mistake, gave terrible customer service, and was outright inconsiderate and dismissive. I voiced my grievances to the Chandler vet and while he was very kind, his assistant was just as blunt and rude as the intake girl. If you are going to get vaccinations for your pets, just know to be careful and extremely mindful of workers like these who, quite literally, could care less about giving your animals the correct treatment.
