"Dr. Laura King (she/her) is a Hospital Veterinarian based in Highland Village. A member of the AVMA, she also holds a Basic Life Support certification from RECOVER and has completed the Cat-Friendly Veterinarian Program through AAFP. Inspired by her goals of fostering the human/animal bond and helping pets live longer and healthier lives, she earned her degree from Texas A&M Veterinary School. Dr. King specializes in client education on wellness for young pets, as well as dermatology and allergies, and strives to make veterinary visits as stress-free for pets and their parents as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, camping and spending time with her family. She hopes to welcome a dog into her family soon."
