Dr. Jeyoung Oh is a Hospital Veterinarian at the Petco veterinary hospital in Prestonwood, with about 12 years of experience spanning small animal, zoo, and aquarium medicine. He treats mostly dogs and cats but brings advanced training in exotic and avian care, including small mammal surgery and husbandry for client-owned exotics, reflecting his true passion for zoological medicine and comfort working across a wide range of species. Dr. Oh describes his approach as detailed and flexible, with a focus on keeping every pet calm and comfortable during care, and he encourages pet parents of exotic animals to watch closely for small changes in behavior or appetite, since early attention often makes all the difference. Outside the clinic, he enjoys rock climbing and bird watching with family and friends.
