They do not answer phones. You can text them at (360) 803-4866 but I get no responses back. You can try and email and get a response days later 0254Hom@petco.com (the Hospital Operations Manager seems to respond from that email), but I’m not sure how you’re supposed to get a timely response? I would have to say if you like to wait beyond your scheduled appointment time, with the door closed (not conducive to a panting dog, with no circulation), and you enjoy spending an hour plus here, enjoy getting upsold (on vaccines, flea meds, anxiety meds, etc) and made to feel like you aren’t doing enough for your animal (they ask more questions than my doctor) then this is the place for you. We only bring our dogs here for required vaccines by the state. The wait and everything is beyond reasonable, it just feels like they try to squeeze as much money out of you before you leave (if you get seen and aren’t canceled). When they actually have to do some hard work, like gland expression or nail clipping, no problem so long as it seems that your dog is ‘easy’ to work with, otherwise they will find a way to not do the job. It seems this place has high turnover but then again it is a corporation. I plan on going in to give them one last chance (as I’ve given them a handful). I realized I have to get a quote before I go in so I don’t walk out spending hundreds! I will change my review when or if things improve. —- Updating: Blindly sent medical records when I asked for rabies vaccination certificate to prove my dogs have them, and then proceeding to tell me in a subsequent email that I need to bring them in for rabies boosters, because the actual certificates show their vaccinations expired a few months after they got them (they tell me IT error but only after I was left confused with the blind emails, including certificates sent blindly after asking). This was a huge oversight and could result in not only unnecessary additional vaccination but more money spent by customers that didn’t. Needless to say—I ONLY go here for the required rabies vaccine but am moving so won’t ever use a corporate vet place again.

they took such good care of my tuxedo cat, louie! he was given treats, scratches, and the best care. the vets explains everything that was going on, calmed my nerves, and when it came to future procedures, were able to give me future estimates so i can plan! i’m really grateful for VetCo and will be taking my other cat there too.

Amazing and kind staff. Very professional but also very understanding and very goal oriented and willing to not only listen but make suggestions based on what was said, rather than ignoring them and doing what they think is best. I will be returning and I will be recommending this location to any and all of my pet owning friends

I want to say thank you to Natalie and Dr Blakemore for taking such great care of my kitty, Kella! She was so very upset and nervous and the great team here took such special care with her💝 The staff is welcoming and informative, both over the phone and in person. They clearly care about pets and their humans.The team was friendly and respectful, compassionate, and open to any questions. They offered detailed information about both the diagnosis and the treatment plan, and were fully upfront about all potential costs. The cost is very competitive with the other local vet clinics I contacted in the area, and as affordable as vet care can be expected to be. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Honestly this is the only place I ever plan to take my cats. Dr. Blakemore is always so kind and caring with my babies. She handles them so lovingly. She's also very smart and answers all my questions. I trust her whole heartedly and I know they're in good hands with her. I highly recommend coming here with your fur babies. Especially if your doctor is Blackmore, Nekota, or Sullivan. Never had a poor experience with these lovely doctors and was always happy with how gentle, knowledgeable, and kind they are were.

This review is for the vetco vaccination clinic we were able to get our dog in for her vaccinations quickly and only cost a small amount for the vaccination the limited exam was free. only negative is the wait and no where to sit while waiting but the line went pretty fast vet was friendly and treated our dog nice. I highly recommend them for anyone needing to get their animals vaccinated.
