I took my dog for his annual check-up and shots, and the experience was amazing! Huge shoutout to Sarah—she was incredible. She was attentive, patient, and truly listened to my concerns. I will definitely be back in the future!

Had all 5 of my animals membership there now have to look for a new vet. Manager Roger is terrible. Horrible attitude and no empathy. Shocking someone who works at a vet would be like this. Don't recommend. Its sad because the nurses are all very sweet and helpful but like he said. He is the Manager and they nor the doctor's have any say over him. Don't be late because your cat is choking and vomiting in the car and you have to pull over. 10 minutes late you apparently missed your appointment and must reschedule although no one was even there waiting. Very disappointing.

Not sure where the good reviews came from. Horrible care, expensive and follow up horrible. The worst I’ve ever been to in over 40 years of pet ownership. BEWARE!

I love the staff here. They’re very sweet to my Nala. Dr. Musa was great as well. He answered all my questions. He was very thorough with recommendations and any suggestions he had. I am someone who asked a lot of questions regarding her pet so for the vet to answer all my questions is amazing. We left happy

Do not bring your pet here. The vet is terrible. Rude, talked over me, did not answer my questions. Ran out of the room while I was asking a question. Spent 10 seconds with my pet. Do not recommend. The other staff at the front desk and the Vet Tech are nice and helpful. 0 stars.

Went here to have our cat's first checkup since being adopted and they turned us away because even tho they are a hospital, they weren't operating as a hospital that day but as a vaccination clinic. I specifically booked my appointment for a hospital that day and for some reason it went through. Had to drive an hour away to Kinnelon for an actual Vetco hospital that doesn't turn away patients. Their Petco grooming services also DO NOT accommodate cats. So theres that.

My puppy just turned 1y/o and we have yet to establish a full-service vet and I’ve had heard about Vetco in Clark. My expectations weren’t very high but I was BEYOND surprised (in a good way). Everyone of the staff was extremely kind and loving towards my puppy and a special thank you to Sara and Dr. Muhammad who took such lovely care of my puppy. Sara went above and beyond to provide me and my husband (first time dog owner) with necessary info, safety procedures and care instructions on how to keep our Muffin healthy. My puppy is an emotional mess- but Sara is a natural and took her time with Muffin to make sure that my dog would feel comfortable. Even during the exam, Sara was there to soothe Muffin the entire time. She was truly the sweetest, kindest and warmest person- and I couldn’t have had Muffin in better hands. A happy pup- a happy mom!

Omg! The best clinic ever! The doctor took care of my princess like no other! very detailed, fast, the personnel its so nice helpful, friendly, and so professional. Its a little far for me, but I will not go anywhere else.
