Helpful Staff
Many customers describe employees as friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help locate products or answer pet-care questions.
Product Selection
Customers often find a broad range of pet supplies and appreciate the store’s selection, though availability is inconsistent and some items, including specialty food and live feeder products, are occasionally missing or poor quality.
Grooming Experiences
Grooming receives frequent praise for attentive care, good results, and patience with nervous or medically sensitive pets. Some customers, however, report appointment confusion, unclear documentation requirements, refusals at check-in, or concerns about grooming outcomes.
Store Consistency
Several visits are described as clean and well organized, but other customers report clutter, dirty areas, unattended registers, inconsistent policy knowledge, and rude or inattentive service.
