Growing up in rural Nebraska, she has always had an affinity for animals in all shapes and sizes. As graduate of Iowa State, Dr. Santin’s expertise includes preventive care, educating owners, hospice care and diagnostics for sick patients ensuring every patient receives personalized and dedicated attention and the highest quality care. Beginning their career as an equine veterinarian, Dr. Santin developed a well-rounded skill set and a deep appreciation for the unique needs of both large and small animals.When not in the hospital, Dr. Santin enjoys being outdoors, dance fitness classes or the gym in general, spending time with her own pets (one being the cutest Golden Retriever), and watching and participating in sports. She still has deep roots in equine medicine and actively practices animal chiropractic and acupuncture and other alternative therapies.
