Many varieties of freshwater fish come in an array of colors, making it easy to customize your aquarium's look and feel. First-time pet parents often choose to take home a betta, as they are beautiful to look at and make a great species for those getting started with aquarium keeping. Petco does accept unwanted fish. If you have a healthy freshwater fish you can no longer care for, you can bring it to your local Petco for donation. It is wise to call ahead to check if that location is able to accept a fish donation at that time, as they may have limited space available for donated fish. Before you choose to adopt a fish or group of fish, make sure you know everything involved so you are fully prepared to care for your pets. Petco guarantees returns of freshwater aquatic life inside a designated time frame. For 30 days, you can receive a full refund for freshwater fish purchased in our Pet Care Centers. All fish should have a properly established habitat; a receipt is required, and we recommend providing a water sample with your return. By testing your water, we can help check if your tank is ready for another fish, or if it may need some work to prepare it for a new fish.

Roosevelt Chicago Wyatt just out of her way to assist me at the register, I explained to her that my account had been hacked and that I probably had rewards, but that I never went back in because of all the issues, she called petco to restore my account, and all I had to do was reset my password. I had appointment for November 16, 2022 at 8:30 AM I made it to the store the managerTell me that the groomer wasn’t coming I asked him why no one informed me about the cancellation he told me that I was more than welcome to go onto the website and book any available appointments which the next appointment was also for November 16 at 12:45 PM I booked an appointment when I get to the store at 12:30 does same manager informed me that That groomer also will not be in for the day I ask why they do not send out a cancellation to my email or through text message before they have a customer to come to the store and now they’re telling me they don’t know when they will be able to grow my dog it might be sometime mid December or the beginning of January I am very unsatisfied and this is a very unprofessional establishment at 613 Roosevelt Rd., Chicago Illinois
