it was a good first time experience. the vet was kind to my puppy, and we were done from beginning to end within an hour. The Vet checked her heart, and legs (and probably more). the 2 month vet vaccine package was $191, not bad for the first year shots. thanks petco/vetco, see you next month to complete the vaccines for this month.

the one blonde girl there with glssses never knows what she’s doing, when handling a cat she doesn’t wear gloves, she acts overstimulated and awkward as if she doesn’t know what she’s doing. y’all need to fire her lol. she doesn’t know what she’s doing at all and she acts like it’s her first day on the job

******** If i could give a BIGGG NEGATIVEEEEEEEEEEEE 0 i would.. The need to be suedddddddddddd not the clinic Per se however One particular VETCO IDIOT EMPLOYEE!!!!! I am extremely upset I don’t even know her name. Description:FAT BUTCH DYKEY MANLY HORRIBLE Caucasian woman… She mishandled my dog and as a result of that he suffers from severe anxiety which does not allow him to go to any vets or groomers for any services. He becomes overly aggressive and does bite. It has been very costly as well as emotional. This unfortunately happened in October of 2021 however my dog has been suffering since then. I am unsure about a name however I had a picture of the employee mishandling my dog. I took my dog who was a puppy at the time 3 months old, and he was going to the Petco Doctors which is Vetco 2410 E Colonial Dr Orlando Florida 32803 to receive his first round of vaccinations. The actual Vet and assistant treated my dog with care however he was scared and became a little aggressive and the FAT Petco assistant intervened with grabbing my dog extremely hard where he urinated on hisself to muzzle him to the point where he urinated on his self. How DAREEEEEE YOU TREAT an animal like this!!!!! You (WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS) should be extremely ASHAMED of yourself. I hope you are reading this as well. I also hops someone in corporate does to because she needs to be reprimanded for her HORRIBLE ACTIONS TO MY BABYYYYY….. Since then he has become overly aggressive, and afraid to go to doctors appointments or groomers. He is also sensitive in some spots and snap at me as well. LOOOK AT THE FEAR YOU PUT ONNN MY BABYYYYYY!!!!!! You will pay!!!!!!

Denied to service my pet vaccines. Vet specifically stated “I’m just not going to do it” due to a potential ear infection. I Stated multiple times that the ear is not my worry, i needed the vaccines. Continued to deny and walked away. Found a “petfolk” that happily not only administered what i needed, but also offered help for the infection. Avoid vetco, they will make you feel unvalued.

I took my dog here to update his vaccines. The girls at the vaccination clinic were absolutely wonderful! My dog was loved on and it took 5 minutes to complete. Easy process. Thank you!!

I arrived at 12:05 pm and I was home by 1 pm. This is a very efficient and organized clinic. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The online scheduling and rescheduling is simple. It is so great that everything is electronic so that you are not trying to hold on to an animal and fill out paperwork.

I think the negative reviews have some unrealistic expectations. This is a vaccine clinic, not a veterinary office. The affordable price means you won’t get the same in-depth experience as going to your regular vet which I’m okay with since it’s something so routine. The “clinic” is a stand located within Petco. I made an appointment online ahead of time. You check in through your phone, they text you when they’re ready (I had no wait), and they show you a list of options to choose from. I selected rabies, distemper, Bordetella, heartworm testing, deworming, and Simparica Trio (flea, tick, and heartworm prevention). The staff was friendly, the visit was quick, they interacted well with my large malamute, and it cost nearly half the price of going to our regular vet. I love that the records are all electronic, so they’re easy to keep and email as needed. I will continue to take my dog to our normal vet for annual blood work and sick visits, but since I just needed a few shots for daycare this was the perfect option for me! I highly recommend Vetco for a quick and affordable trip to get vaccines.
