Product Range
Customers frequently praise the broad selection of pet food, supplies, accessories, live animals, grooming, training, dog wash, and veterinary services. Many report finding what they need and appreciate the knowledgeable help with pet care.
Store Experience
Many reviews describe the store as clean, calm, well stocked, and easy to shop, with ample parking and useful services. Some customers, however, mention cramped or cluttered aisles, limited carts, occasional stockouts, and delays with curbside pickup or specialized assistance.
Service Consistency
Friendly, helpful, and compassionate service is a common theme, including patient assistance with pets, returns, grooming, veterinary care, and product selection. A smaller but notable group reports dismissive interactions, checkout or coupon errors, unclear policies, and waits for help in fish, grooming, prescription, or other service areas.
