Fairview Park Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital at Petco

We will not be going back. Took time off of work for my pet's wellness visit which was confirmed 3 days prior, just to arrive and no one there. Asked a PetCo employee who said she believed the vet couldn't make it in. But they tried reaching out to everyone. WRONG! We recd no phone call, text or email. Very inconsiderate. Another visit we weren't able to get our monthly pill as the vet who rx it wasn't in. I would have to go to another VetCo the next day as the vet would be there. We went. I was handed the pill by the person at the desk. We never even saw the vet. Not a happy client.

they are all very kind here and they take very good care of my animals. they gwt you in and out pretty quick and they are very through with their care.

Huge shout-out to Dr. Julianne Weber. I originally only needed to bring my dog in for an ear infection, but the day of our appointment 2 other issues came up. Instead of making me book another appointment to address them, or have to take him to an emergency hospital, she took care of the one issue, then took her own time throughout the rest of the week to research my dog's other issue. Then she messaged me to discuss it more, came up with a plan to resolve it and emailed me a prescription without making me come back in for another appointment. I can tell she's more worried about my dogs well being rather than the Almighty dollar, which is now why I'm going to see if I'm able to change both of my dogs regular vet to her instead. Anyone who puts my dogs before $ is going to get all my money. Thank you so much Dr. Weber, you truly are an amazing person and vet. Thank you for all your help!

Lost samples, had to bring my 14y/o cat there a second time for tests. Misdiagnosed her, costing me hundreds of dollars on a medicated food that was unnecessary. When asked to get an email regarding their diagnoses on bloodwork, they gave an automatic response. 0 stars if I could.

Due to the holidays, I had a hard time finding a vet who would see my cat as a new client so I made an appointment with Vetco for 1/15/25 at 8 am on the phone Once I arrived the lady at the front desk stated that she "tried" to contact everyone because the veterinarian had an emergency and would arrive at 1 pm. ( I received no email, text, or call) I asked if she could reschedule for me at 1 or after. She said no, they must help the rest of the clients that made their appointments after 1. ( Lack of empathy. ) So now my pet has to wait another two weeks with a legit vet, which I wish I had done instead. I traumatized my cat for no reason this morning with the 15-minute ride there. I called to make a formal complaint. I will say that there's a chance you may or may not see a vet for your furball when making an appointment, there are no guarantees so you're better off just making an appointment with a legit veterinary clinic. I found out, that Vetco deletes your appointment information and any information about your pet when this happens. They also need training for their Customer Service to ensure the appointment set is being processed and completed so that the right information is being shared with the customer. Please LOVE your pet enough to not take them to Vetco because it is a waste of time and denies your pet proper care when they need it the most. ** Lakeview Park Vetco**

I have been a frequent client of this location for a few years now and the newly appointed Dr. Weber is absolutely wonderful! My sweet girl Raven (pictured here) has had the best care for a few different issues. Most recently Dr. Weber did a dental cleaning and extraction on my girl and did a flawless job. Pricing was very fair as well! If I had a preference it would be to only see Dr. Weber from now on — I never feel rushed and she is a great listener. You can tell she is really passionate about her work! Highly recommend this location and seeing Dr. Weber. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff as well. Raven sends her thanks as well!

I took my dog to vetco Fairview park cause she was not eating and her eyes didn't look right they took her to see the doctor or vet less than 5 minutes without any tests or anything they said she had cancer and was blind and I need to put her to sleep if I would have believed them my dog would not be here instead took her somewhere else after I got her to start eating again and gaining her weight back no cancer she is almost blind in one eye but they sure she might be able to see again with medication I don't know if I was told this because the color of my skin or these idiots just didn't care I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO TAKE THERE PET TO THEM CAUSE THEY DON'T CARE NEVER NEW PEOPLE CAN BE SO HATEFUL.

Horrible incompetent staff, breed racist 100%. Accused my dog of being aggressive because he gets anxious in unfamiliar situations, forced him to wear a muzzle ( he never has needed one) and would not see him without it, wanted to sedate him to give him shots. The way they reacted to him intitially was unprofessional and uninviting, calling him problematic. We left this place and went to West Park Animal Hospital with no appt they gave him shots and a toe nail trim without sedation or a muzzle.Plenty of hugs and kisses were given by the staff there. Dogs senses are keen and he must have known these people were idiots, the man wearing a green wig at the front desk should have been the first indicator. STAY AWAY!!!

I would keep your animals away from this vet,they are no good. Horrible experience for me and my dogs.just sad how they take care of your pets.👎👎👎
