We needed a cat tree for our kitten. Great selection available. Noah was awesome in assisting us - this was our first one. He helped us compare and gave great advice.

Customer service
This is the worst customer service I've ever had in any pet store. To have to wait to see associate after associate continue to tell you oh I have to find the person that works in that department was ridiculous. Then the associate that finally did come had an attitude.

Thieves
I moved into town and thought I would use the closest store to my new location. I took my dog Maggie,a Labrador to the E Lincoln location. Andrew, the groomer said he would be able to trim her nails in just a few minutes and it usually takes 10 to 15 minutes to provide the service. Instead of just the $10 nail trim I opted for trim and buff for$20 after Andrew explained they would round the nails off. I went out and sat in my vehicle returning to pick her up 20 minutes later. Upon my return a woman was sitting at the desk and very rudely was told on a walk in service I was not allowed to leave the store. I apologized and told her I was it informed of aware of that policy. My $20 service turned into $38 something when I took the invoice to cashier to pay. There was a $15 brushing fee added on which was not done. She told me to take the invoice back to the groomer. Andrew your groomer stated the $15 brushing cost was a fee added on because I left the store. I told him he failed to advise me of that policy and I was only gone for 20 minutes. He stated it only took him 15 minutes and since there wasn't a key on the computer to put in kennel charge he had just used the brushing key. Meantime he was creating a new invoice. This invoice changed the brushing fee to a $7 butt trim. He had to charge something to compensate for the kennel. I asked your cashier for the store manager and was told the manager was busy at that time. Frustrated I paid the extra charge and see they added another$.99 material fee. The cashier couldn't explain what material was needed for a trim and buff. After ripping me off for for over $8 in additional charges I look at Maggie's nails and they're terrible. There were rough edges and the nails were split. Professional groomers they are not, thieves is a more appropriate term. Take your pet anywhere else than this store.

Bearded Dragon Adoption
Recently got a bearded dragon from this location. We were assisted not only once but twice by Tait! He went above and beyond with helping us! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us great tips! He had amazing customer service! Very happy with our experience.

unprofessional groomer
Today we were denied a grooming service because the groomer's behavior caused fear in our dog and the dog was not ready for the procedure. The groomer was unable to make contact with the dog and, referring to the fact that he was aggressive, canceled our appointment. The Bichon is by nature a very affectionate and playful dog, and the groomer's unprofessional approach to our dog frightened him. He began to hide behind the owner and the groomer found the best solution to the problem is to refuse the service.
