Petco does accept unwanted fish. If you have a healthy freshwater fish you can no longer care for, you can bring it to your local Petco for donation. It is wise to call ahead to check if that location is able to accept a fish donation at that time, as they may have limited space available for donated fish. Before you choose to adopt a fish or group of fish, make sure you know everything involved so you are fully prepared to care for your pets. Petco guarantees returns of freshwater aquatic life inside a designated time frame. For 30 days, you can receive a full refund for freshwater fish purchased in our Pet Care Centers. All fish should have a properly established habitat; a receipt is required, and we recommend providing a water sample with your return. By testing your water, we can help check if your tank is ready for another fish, or if it may need some work to prepare it for a new fish.

In a day and age where employees seem to do the bare minimum and give customers sub par service, Rebecca is an exceptional employee. Every visit, she is willing to offer help and is beyond knowledgeable. Above expectations is an understatement. She is the top of the top! Bad grooming service

I have been taking my dog for grooming for 4 years. She was at the groomer last week when I received a call to pick her up because she was not cooperating and snapping at the clippers. I picked her up but didn’t notice that she had dry blood on her neck. Her ear was covering it and they never let me know that they had cut her while shaving her. I called to let them know what had happened but they said that the Video did not show it. I’m very upset because they could of let me know what happen so that I could of treated it right away. I have never had a problem before but am upset that this happened.

I haven't bought any products but I'd like to say that when I called in for help with my fish they person listened and gave me specific instructions on what to do. He couldn't answer some of my questions though and told me that the aquatic specialist wasn't there. He wrote down my number and said he will call me back tomorrow. 5 stars if he does.

Very Disappointed

I have been bringing my 4 dogs there for a while. Groomer has expressed how over-worked & busy she is and not happy. Picked up my dog and he was completely shaved. My next dog I was told she couldn’t groom him and to have him SURGICALLY SHAVED. Had another groomer the following week groom him with no issues. It’s very sad that being miserable at your job makes you take it out on helpless animals!!!!
