Terrible
Everytime i went to this store for 6 months. I told an associate that there freshpet dog food patties were expired by more then 7 months. But they still ne er removed them from their shelves. Absolutely disgusting.

Grooming
I scheduled an appointment to get my dog groomed and they called to rescheduled my appointment twice in two days. They said that this was something that happens depending on the situations of other appointments. I will never go back to them for any of my dogs needs. The manager was unhelpful as well.

Great Cat Adoption Experience!
Kerri was an awesome customer service associate who helped us with adopting a cat. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was busy and short staffed, but Kerri made sure to help everyone in line including myself. She even did it all with a great attitude!

Condescending or awol cashiers
Ive worked in retail/customer service all of my career, so I always make a point to be patient and understanding with cashiers and employees in the floor. Every time Ive gone into this store, there’s either no one to be found, or the cashier is visibly annoyed that she has to check me out. Im a pretty easy going person, but Ive left this store feeling angry and insulted, which is kind of absurd given that I was just buying dog food. Plenty of other places to buy dog food and reward with my business. The store is too physically small and not high volume enough to justify cashiers being that absent or rude.

Total disappointment with Store
Unfortunately the store was in disarray and was out of many many products. The reptile, fish, bird and rodent area was was so cluttered with stuff everywhere on the floor it was hard to get around Plus the floor around the fish tanks was wet and slick but no signs were up to warn the floor was wet. The products we went into purchase for our amphibian tank most of was out of stock and the personnel that we finally located really didn't seem to know much about what was going on. Extremely disappointed in the store and the employees when we were there, I believe we'll be going to PetSmart to purchase any items we need from now on. We certainly aren't able to get them at this Petco store.

Not a fan.
Stuff was mixed together and sale signs are not clear. Even when they see for themselves they don't honor what they have displayed. Very frustrating.

Customer service
From the time we walked into the store, until the time an employee, ANY employee spoke to us was 10 min. Multiple employees walking around with their Petco shirts and name tags, yet not one said hello, May I help you, or let me get a groomer for you. We were there for grooming service. Once the very mature women came to the desk, it was only worse from there. She was rude, condescending and couldn’t have acted more irritated that we were there. We go to this location because it’s close to home and convenient. We will now drive out of our way to go ANYWHERE but Petco in the future.

Will never shop at any petco ever again
At check out register declined my debit card twice, so I paid cash. When I got to my car, I called my bank and they told me it paid. I looked at my bank statement and it did charge to my account. I took bank statement and receipt right back into sore and manager told me she could not refund me and told me to call corporate. I did, from my car again, and corporate said to go back in and they would have mana h er refund one of the payments. Event hough cashier who checked us out validated my claim, manager still refused to refund me. She told me to file a dispute with my bank to attempt to get my money back. So I paid for my purchases twice with no satisfaction that management made any effort to correct their error. I will drive 20 miles out of my way before I will ever step in any petco again.

I purchased two boxes of Arm and Hammer Slide dust Free Litter, 38lb each on sale. We love this litter and try to have delivered as we are seniors and have a hard time getting it at stores as we can not lift heavy items. Thanks, Petco for having delivery available and carrying this litter for cats.

Condescending Cashier
I came into the Blue Springs, MO Petco on September 8th. As I was looking at the pet costumes near the front, a cashier was patiently waiting for me. Then upon finishing my selection, I turned around the cashier was now nowhere to be seen. Once the cashier Addisyn returned. She scanned my items so quickly and too fast that I only got to ask her one question about my many items. When I wanted to make sure the price for a particular cat scratcher was correct because there was only one price tag for the multiple scratches they had back there. She didn’t ask if I wanted a bag for my cat food which was very annoying to grab with the awkward shape cat scratcher couch. Then when I noticed the total seemed a little a high a noticed that the one item I came in for was still marked at its original price and not on sale. Upon returning back into the store I spoke with the same cashier Addisyn and she talked to me like I was stupid and didn’t know about the price matching of the app. If she would’ve gave me time as a customer to ask another question, instead of getting annoyed about me asking for cat conditioner. Then I wouldn’t have been so rude back to her saying well I would like a price match cause I’m Not paying $30 for something that is $20.24. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this cashier have more training on customer service and treat everyone with respect, no matter the age.
