I ordered a group of items based on the claim that they’d be available for next day shipping. However, unbeknownst to me, half of my order was “canceled” with no explanation. That negated my “spend X $$s for free same day shipping” so not only was I charged full shipping, only 1 out of 8 items showed up. My card is still pending for the full charge (in addition to to secondary charge since I was able to get a canceled item sent out from a different store). I understand the holiday season can be a tough time, but please, update your website with what is available and give accurate delivery timeframes. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Petco moving forward..
