Very happy with my first visit. This location is new and looks very nice. I was very impressed with the receptionist (I can’t remember her name), Shannon (the tech) and Dr. Gordon. They were all very communicative the entire way. Shannon and Dr. Gordon were so good with my cat Daisy. She was super scared but they were patient with her. Dr. Gordon is great! He’s very thorough and knowledgeable; he explained what the issue seemed to be/could be and worked with me to create a plan and work on a process of elimination. I am very appreciative of the care taken with my girl and am glad to have a good, caring place to take her, thanks to a great visit at Vetco!

From the staff at the front desk to the Vet were amazing. Everyone addressed my concerns and made sure I felt listened and understood. This will be my to go place for my fur baby!!! Maxi and I are very grateful for the people at this location. Ian Gordon is now our Go to Vet!!
