Broad Selection
Many shoppers appreciate the wide range of pet food, toys, habitats, aquarium supplies, live animals, and care products, with aisles that are generally easy to navigate. Some shoppers report occasional stock gaps or limited choices in particular categories.
Helpful Staff
Staff are often described as friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain pet care, product options, rewards, and aquarium needs. Service can be inconsistent, however, with some shoppers citing limited staffing, long waits, or unhelpful interactions.
Rewards Value
Several customers value the rewards programs, promotions, online ordering, and pickup options, saying they help reduce costs on recurring purchases. Other shoppers feel some products are expensive compared with nearby retailers.
Animal Care
A substantial group of reviews raises concerns about the condition and cleanliness of fish tanks and animal enclosures, including reports of sick or dead fish, dirty water, and neglected habitats. These concerns contrast with other reviews describing healthy animals and well-maintained areas.
